CRM & Automation

One source of truth for the whole operation.

When spreadsheets stop scaling, ERP is how inventory, orders, production, and accounting finally agree. We select, implement, and integrate ERP systems around how your operation actually runs.

The problems this solves

Spreadsheet operations

01

Inventory in one workbook, orders in another, truth in nobody's — and every meeting starts with reconciliation.

Systems that disagree

02

Sales, warehouse, and accounting each have their own numbers. All three are wrong differently.

ERP fear

03

Everyone's heard the horror stories: two-year implementations, budgets doubled, staff revolts. Done wrong, they're true.

What you get

Everything handled. Nothing handed off.

Selection without vendor spin

We map your operation first, then match systems to it — right-sized, not the biggest logo.

Implementation that respects reality

Configured around your actual workflows, migrated carefully, phased so the business keeps running.

Integration everywhere

ERP wired to your store, CRM, website, and shipping — the connected-system approach applied to the core.

Adoption and support

Training with your real data and ongoing support from the team that configured it.

ERP has been in our toolkit since the old Smart Site Services days, and the connected-system philosophy is exactly what makes it succeed: an ERP that talks to your store, CRM, and website is a source of truth — one that doesn’t is just another island with a bigger invoice.

Process

From first call to launch — and every day after

  1. 1

    Map the operation

How orders, inventory, production, and money actually move today.

  2. 2

    Select

Shortlist, demos against your workflows, honest trade-offs.

  3. 3

    Implement in phases

Core first, migrations verified, cutover without chaos.

  4. 4

    Integrate and adopt

Connections to everything else, training, and steady-state support.

Questions

Straight answers

Are we big enough for an ERP?

If people spend hours reconciling systems, you're big enough for *something* — sometimes that's a full ERP, sometimes a light system plus integrations. Mapping first keeps you from buying either too much or too little.

How disruptive is implementation?

Phased right, the disruptive parts happen in rehearsal — parallel running, verified migrations, and cutover on a quiet week. The horror stories come from big-bang launches; we do not do those.

Can you connect an ERP we already have?

Yes — integration and rescue work on existing ERPs is common for us. Often the system is fine and the connections were never built.
