Smart Site Services began in 2017 as a Michigan website and SEO agency. Clients kept asking us to fix the things around the website — the CRM nobody used, the ads nobody measured, the hosting nobody answered for, the software nobody would build. So we became the partner that handles all of it.
Who we are
Built for businesses that outgrew their vendors
Our clients usually come to us with a pile of disconnected pieces: a website from one vendor, marketing from another, a CRM someone bought at a conference, and hosting from whoever was cheapest in 2019. Nothing talks to anything, and nobody is accountable for the whole.
We do the unfashionable thing: we learn the business first. How you win customers, where the margin is, what the front desk actually does all day. Then we design the digital system around that — and because our team spans marketing, development, data, and operations, we can build all of it without handing you off.
We're Michigan-based and work with businesses nationwide. We're deliberately not a big agency: you work directly with the senior people doing the work, and we take on clients at a pace that lets us stay genuinely involved in each one.
